ShiftInvoice (shiftinvoice.com) is operated by Grizzly Logic LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Participant information stays on your device
Invoices and progress notes are created entirely in your web browser. Participant names, NDIS numbers, shift details, notes and amounts you type are never sent to or stored on our servers.
If you tick “Remember my business details”, your own business details (name, ABN, contact and bank details, rate) are saved in your browser's local storage on that device only. In ShiftInvoice Pro, participants, shifts and notes are also kept only in your browser; backup files you download stay under your control.
What we do collect
- Anonymous usage events: which page was viewed, whether a PDF was downloaded or a button was clicked, the referring site and the approximate country. These events never contain form contents.
- Early-access list: if you join the Pro list, we store the email address and the number of participants you choose, to tell you when Pro is available.
- Subscription details: if you subscribe to Pro, Stripe processes the payment as merchant of record. We receive your email address, subscription status and Stripe customer ID, not your card details.
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and reliability.
- Analytics and advertising measurement: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies) and Google Analytics to measure visits and the same anonymous events. Google Analytics sets cookies and may be used to measure the results of our Google Ads campaigns. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Overseas disclosure
The information above is stored with service providers in the United States and other countries (Cloudflare, Stripe, Google).
How we use it
To run the service, manage subscriptions, understand which features are useful and contact people who asked for early access. We do not sell personal information. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to make a complaint, email hello@shiftinvoice.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Third parties
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and the PDF library from Cloudflare's cdnjs. These services receive standard technical request data (such as your IP address) when your browser downloads those files.
