The NDIS invoice generator is free to use. No payment is required.

ShiftInvoice Pro

Pro is a monthly subscription billed in advance in Australian dollars, GST included. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record.

Cancel any time

You can cancel at any time from the subscription management page, using the email you subscribed with. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, email hello@shiftinvoice.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service has a major failure, you are entitled to cancel and receive a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. This policy does not limit those rights.
