The service
ShiftInvoice helps NDIS providers prepare invoices and progress notes from information they enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information, including support item numbers, prices, dates and quantities, and for meeting the NDIS rules and your service agreements.
Not affiliated with the NDIA
ShiftInvoice is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the National Disability Insurance Agency or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. NDIS is a registered trademark of the National Disability Insurance Agency. Price limits are taken from the published NDIS Support Catalogue; always check the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

Pro subscription
ShiftInvoice Pro is a monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe, which acts as merchant of record. Prices include GST. You can cancel at any time; see the refund and cancellation policy.
Your data
Participant data is stored only in your browser. You are responsible for keeping backups and for protecting the devices you use.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Otherwise the service is provided “as is”, and to the extent permitted by law Grizzly Logic LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of the service or documents created with it.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
